The FEBS Advanced Course PARP 2025 will take place at the 7Hotel&Spa in Illkirch, France. The Hotel is a 10-minute walk from the tram station, a 12-minute tram ride from the city center of the European Capital, Strasbourg, and 20 minutes from the Strasbourg train station. The venue is ideal for fostering intense scientific interactions, networking opportunities, shared social activities, and relaxation between sessions. 

Housing, lunches, dinners and conferences will be provided at the same hotel. All attendees (invited speakers, the organizing committee, and young scientists) will be housed together. Participants hosted in the hotel will have free access to the Spa (2h slots) and limited by the number of places. Booking of the slots is required upon arrival.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be in single or double occupancy rooms according to your registration order and fee payment and will be arranged by the Course Organizers. Only a few single rooms will be available.

Accompanying persons

The organizers will not take care of the reservations (room, taxes, breakfast, lunches, diners) for accompanying persons. This has to be done directly with the Hotel and the following contact:

The supplements for accompanying persons, sharing a room with a participant are as following:

  • Breakfast : +10€ VAT included per day
  • Taxes : +2.86€ VAT included per day
  • Lunch: +32€ VAT included per day
  • Dîner : +41€ VAT included per day
