This 5-day course will cover all PARP-related fields from basic science (molecular and physiological studies) to applied clinical research with an explicit aim to cover drug development and clinical studies.

- Basic biochemical and structural understanding of PARP family members
- Signalling, transcription, metabolism, DNA damage response, immunology, telomeres
- Pathophysiology
- Develop of pharmacological inhibitors
- Clinical applications of PARP inhibitors
